Tbajee App Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

1. General Terms & Eligibility

By using the Tbajee App website and mobile application, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register on Tbajee App.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the operator of Tbajee App and the user. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Tbajee App.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
• Tbajee App reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
• These Terms & Conditions are formulated in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations.

2. Account Rules

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Tbajee App. Accounts created with false information will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
• KYC verification is required to update any information provided during registration.

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate on Tbajee App. Keeping minors away from gaming is both our legal and ethical responsibility.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• Tbajee App may request proof-of-age documents (National ID, Passport) at any time.
• Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be terminated and all transactions will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that minors cannot access or use Tbajee App.

4. Deposit Policy

Deposits on Tbajee App must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments from accounts belonging to another person are not accepted.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. Maximum limit varies by payment method.
• Deposits are generally instant — credited within 1 to 5 minutes.
• Tbajee App charges no deposit fees; however, fees may be applied by your payment provider.
• If you deposit the wrong amount, please contact support with your TrxID.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, Tbajee App may place a hold on deposits pending verification.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully KYC-verified before you can make a withdrawal on Tbajee App. Withdrawals cannot be processed without verified status.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Processing time is generally within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
• Tbajee App charges no withdrawal fees.
• Withdrawals may be suspended during an investigation into suspicious activity.
• VIP members will receive priority withdrawal privileges.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tbajee App bonus and promotion offers come with specific terms. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to BDT 10,000. Wagering requirement: 30x.
• Daily Bonus: 20% on every daily deposit, up to BDT 2,000. Wagering: 15x.
• Bonuses are applicable once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days. Any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Tbajee App may modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on Tbajee App use an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every game outcome is completely random and independently verified by third parties.

• If a disconnection occurs mid-game, the outcome already determined at that point shall apply.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, the game server records shall be considered final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are specified separately for each game.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Tbajee App. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Colluding or cheating with other players.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the gaming system.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other players.

9. Security & KYC Verification

Tbajee App follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures — essential for your security and to prevent money laundering.

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Required documents: a clear photo of your National ID card or passport.
• KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours to complete.
• Your information will be used solely for verification purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
• Additional information may be requested in the case of suspicious activity.

10. Responsible Gaming Policy

Tbajee App is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want our players to enjoy gaming as entertainment and never fall into addiction.

• Each player can set their own limits on deposits, losses, and session time.
• You may take a cooldown period of 7 days to 6 months for a temporary break.
• Permanent self-exclusion is also available and cannot be reversed.
• If signs of addiction are detected, Tbajee App may impose limits on your account directly.

11. Account Cancellation & Suspension

Tbajee App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations. The grounds and consequences of termination are outlined below.

• Registering with false information will result in account termination.
• If fraud or bonus abuse is proven, the balance will be forfeited.
• You may close your account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it first.
• Re-registration after account termination is prohibited (in cases of permanent ban).

12. Changes to Terms & Contact

Tbajee App may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
